1. What Christmas Means To Us! Christmas means many
things to as many different people. For us, it is “Christ”, His birth,
life, death, resurrection, and one day His coming again. May your family
have a great Christmas as we celebrate Christ’s first coming and look
forward to His second coming! Merry Christmas!
Luke 2
1Today
in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ[1
the Lord. 12This will be a
sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a
manger." 2. Gigi's Pups Are Here! Gigi gave birth to 3 beautiful, healthy pups in the wee hours of Wednesday, December 8! I plan to post some pictures on day two. Her pups are already booked. They will be ready for their new homes early February. Look at the picture of Bailey and Gabby to the left. These two are littermates from Gigi's first litter. They live with Steve and Kathy in TN. Be sure to read the comment on our Friends page underneath their picture. We always love to get those kind of comments. 3. Moving Our Clan To GA! After almost 18 years in our current church in MS, we will be moving our clan to GA where I will assume a similar position in Conyers, GA. Our move may effect your decision to get one of our pups because the change may mean you have to drive farther to get your pup. You can let us know if this will matter to you. If you decide you need to get off the wait list, it will simply move someone else up the list. Please let us know if this matters to you. 4. Properly Groomed Westies! As you can tell from the picture of Dixie on the left, being properly groomed is very important. If you learn to do your own grooming, you will learn to do a better job, be able to do it when needed, and you and your dog will simply enjoy it. Do your research to learn how to do your own hand stripping or use a Mars Coat King. If done properly, it is not uncomfortable for your dog. You might want to consider buying a grooming table and arm. PetSmart has them at a reasonable price and you get a 20% discount right now. Follow This link and search for "grooming tables": 5. Questions People Ask!
6. Give Us An Update! If you have a Down South Westie pup, please give us an update! We receive many emails and pictures of our pups. E-mail us pictures and we will post them on the Friends page for 30 days. Keep us informed about your pup's progress. We enjoy hearing from you.
7. Send Us A Photo! We designed our "Friends" page to allow you to send us pictures of your Westie, even if it is not a Down South Westie. We will post your picture and comments for 30 days. When you send me a picture, be sure to comment that it is for the "Friends" page. We love hearing from Westie friends and enjoy posting your pictures. Let us hear from you soon. Send us your Christmas pictures! |
