Contract

1.  Your new puppy must be taken to a licensed vet within three working days of purchase for the guarantee to be valid.  If the pup is due boosters, worming, or anything else within the guarantee period (one year), it must be done on time and proof will be required if something happens to the puppy.

2.  If within 14 days of purchase, the puppy should die of a health problem or disease it had at the time of sale, we will give a full refund of purchase price of the puppy upon receipt of vet certification stating that the pup had the problem or was exposed to the problem prior to sale.  Seller should receive that proof no later than two weeks (14 days) after pup's death. Seller will refund the purchase price promptly.  

3.  Your Pet/Companion puppy comes vet checked  from a licensed vet, neuter/spay contract, limited AKC registration (offspring of dogs with limited registration cannot be registered), copy of parent's pedigree,  and a one year congenital defect guarantee.   If there is a congenital problem, your vet calls my vet and they decide, no questions asked.  Upon return of pup, at Buyer's expense, seller will replace the pup at next litter or refund purchase price promptly.  

Seller is not responsible for any vet bills incurred by buyer.

Spay/Neuter Contract/Agreement

I (Buyer) agree to have my male pup neutered or female pup spayed by the age of six (6) months and agree to provide (Seller) a receipt from my  veterinarian as proof of such.

NOTE:  Buyer agrees to contact Down South Westies before placing this dog with anyone else.  If you cannot take care of this pup at any age, you agree to allow us to take the dog back.  We want to be sure that if you cannot care for the dog, that we be able to take it back or help find a foster home.
